Step 1: First visit the EPFO website. There click on ‘Services’.
Step 2: In the next step, you have to click on the ‘For Employees’ option.
Step 3: You have to click on the ‘Know Your Claim Status’ and a new page of the member passbook application will open.
Step 4: Enter the Universal Account Number, password and captcha to log in.
Step 5: In the last step, select the option ‘View Claim Status’ and the EPF status will be displayed.

If an employee has any query, the person can send it to the mail ID employeefeedback@epfindia.gov.in. In an employer has any query, he or she can send it to employerfeedback@epfindia.gov.in. One can also call their toll-free number 14470.
How to check EPF’s higher pension status?
Once someone applies for a higher EPS pension on the EPFO portal, the person will be given an acknowledgement receipt. One has to follow the below-mentioned steps to check the EPF’s higher pension status.
First, go to the EPFO Member Portal and then click on the ‘Track status of EPS higher pension applications’.
Then you have to enter the Acknowledgment number, UAN, PPO number, and CAPTCHA code.
An OTP will be sent for authentication to the number registered with Aadhaar. After entering the OTP, you can see the application status.
