New Delhi: India produced a sensational show at the Green Park stadium in Kanpur as they beat Bangladesh by seven wickets on Tuesday in the second Test match to sweep the series 2-0. Bangladesh could not do the same what they did to Pakistan a month back in the Test series as the visiting side succumbed under pressure, going down against the dominant hosts.
Meanwhile, star India batter Virat Kohli was at his hilarious best on the fourth day of the Test match at Kanpur, as he imitated Bangladesh’s missed run-out chance in an epic manner leaving everyone in splits. A day ahead of the final day in the Test match, Bangladesh bowler Khaled Ahmed missed a regulation run-out of Kohli. The star batter was almost halfway down the crease when Ahmed collected the ball and tried to hit the stumps after the Indian batter had give up the race.
Khaled Ahmed’s shock miss at the stumps
To everyone’s surprise, the pace bowler tried to hit the stumps and get Kohli out but failed to do so even from a point-blank range. The entire Bangladesh team was left in shock as the bowler missed the chance giving Kohli time to get back into the crease. Soon after that, Indian wicketkeeper-batter Rishabh Pant, who was on the non-striker’s end, went on to hug Kohli as they could not believe Khaled’s missed opportunity.

Kohli imitates the scene
In the third innings of the match, Kohli, who was fielding at slips, imitated the same scene while leaving everyone in splits. Pant, Shubman Gill and KL Rahul were present in the scene and as soon as the star India batter imitated the run-out sequence, everyone busted into laughter. Even Shubman Gill went on to imitate Khaled’s missed opportunity to hit the stumps.
