New Delhi: World No.7 pair of Satwiksairaj Rankireddy and Chirag Shetty advanced to the quarterfinals of the India Open Super 750 badminton tournament held at the Indira Gandhi Sports Complex in New Delhi.
The Asian Games gold medallist had to come from a tough test to prevail over the Malaysian duo of Kai Wun Tee and Man Wei Chong in an intense Round of 16 match, resulting 23-21, 19-21, 21-16 in an hour and 16 minutes.
