New Delhi: Air flyers can now avail Indigo WhatsApp ticket booking feature on their mobile phone. The Budget carrier IndiGo will now allow passengers to book flight tickets on the instant messaging app, WhatsApp. The airline has used AI in partnership with Google to enable its WhatsApp ticket booking feature.

Send a ‘Hi’ to Indigo WhatsApp number 7065145858
A list of features available will show up
Click on ‘Book flight tickets’ option
You will be asked to mention information about your origin city, destination city, and journey dates
Mention all required information
Select preferred flight option shown
Make an online payment and your ticket will be booked
