Both players are vital cogs in the Indian men’s and women’s cricket teams respectively.
The star Indian duo recently came together for an advertisement where they faced off against each other and enjoyed some fun banter. Mandhana faced Bumrah’s bowling in the video and smashed the pacer for a huge six. Bumrah shared the video on his social media handles which instantly caught the attention of the fans.

Bumrah is currently with the rest of the Indian Test squad in Bengaluru as they gear up to take on New Zealand in the first Test of the upcoming three-match series between the two teams. Bumrah will lead India’s pace attack in the Test series in the absence of Mohammed Shami, who continues to recover from an injury.
Bumrah enjoyed a great outing in India’s recently concluded two-match Test series against Bangladesh where he picked up 11 wickets in two matches. The Indian pacer will look to continue his fine form with the ball in the series against the Kiwis as India hope to maintain their dominant streak at home in the longest format.
Smriti Mandhana trolled after India’s defeat against Australia
Mandhana, on the other hand, was brutally trolled after her flop show in India’s must-win clash against Australia in the ongoing Women’s T20 World Cup 2024. Mandhana was dismissed cheaply on 6 off 12 balls as India failed to chase down the target of 152 runs to suffer a crushing defeat by 9 runs in the crucial encounter in Sharjah.
The expectations were high from Mandhana in the big game with a spot in the semi-final on the line for India. However, the opening batter failed to provide the team with an ideal start.
