A case has been registered against director Ranjith after a Bengali actress Sreelekha Mitra lodged a complaint against him. Earlier on Monday, the actress filed a complaint with the Kochi City Police against the director, a day after he resigned as the chairman of the Kerala State Chalachithra Academy. IGP and Commissioner of Police S Syamsundar informed news agency ANI on Monday, “Received a complaint from the victim in the abuse case regarding Director Ranjith.
