The airline has been under pressure since a passenger shared a photo of a handwritten boarding pass issued to them on Friday amid the system outage. IndiGo acknowledged the post while adding that it was a throwback and wishing the passenger to “enjoy the classic touch”. Some passengers in Indore were also issued a handwritten credit note for cancelled flights, Dainik Bhaskar reported.
