New Delhi: Nations League 2024/25 quarter final stage is upon us and we have some interesting fixtures coming up as it has already been decided that which of the qualified taams will be going head to head against each other. An interesting draw will be taking place as the International games resume in March as it was declared that France will be going head to head against Croatia in a replay of the 2018 World Cup final, while European champions Spain will draw against the Netherlands in the Nations League quarterfinals.
Portugal will play Denmark, and Italy will play Germany. In the four Nations League top-tier groups that concluded this week, the quarterfinalists advanced by finishing first or second. The dates of the two-leg quarterfinals are March 20 and 23. The winners move on to a Final Four mini-tournament, which one of the participating teams will host from June 4–8.

Spain, Portugal and Germany are the only teams that are heading into the knockouts stages unbeaten as they face Netherlands, Denmark and Italy respectively. The Dutch managed to get past the group stages with just one loss, while Denmark just made it out after losing twice in the group. Meanwhile, Italy who play Germany will be heading into the quarters with some shakiness in their nerves after they managed to lose their final group stage game against the French.
It will be interesting to see how things shape from here as some of the best European nations will be competing against each other and there will be no shortage of excitement once the Nations League resumes again.
