Chennai: Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) officials arrested a Nigerian Leonard from Auroville near Pondicherry for the possession of cocaine. NCB team arrested Barani and Syed Niwas for supplying cocaine to Kollywood actors and actresses and celebrities including Savukku Shankar who is currently lodged in jail in connection with multiple cases. The officials seized 30 grams of cocaine (each gram costs ₹10,000) from them. All the trio was remanded in jail.
