New Delhi: Telugu Titans defeated Gujarat Giants at the Balewadi Sports Complex in Pune on December 14, Saturday. With this win, Titans moved to the fifth position in the points table. It was the raiders vs raiders match as only 6 points came in defence for both the teams and the raiders scored more than 25 raid points in the match.
Titans now have 60 points in 20 matches and they strengthen their chances for PKL playoffs. Giants are officially eliminated from PKL and are in second-last position in the points table with 35 points in 19 matches.
Giants were leading with seven points in the first half but Titans’ skipper Pawan Sehrawat stepped up and made a solid comeback in the match and ultimately won the crucial match.

In the second match of the night, Dabang Delhi defeated table topper Haryana Steelers with a score line of 44-37. Delhi extended their winning streak to 12 matches and they also ended Steeler’s three-match win streak.
With this win, Delhi reclaimed their second spot in the points table. Ashu Malik scored a remarkable 15 points and Naveen Kumar also supported him with seven points. Steelers are still in top position despite losing the match.
Steelers made an early all-out on Delhi in the match but Delhi made a splendid comeback in the match. Delhi now have 66 points in 19 matches and they have been one of the best teams in the tournament.
