Chennai: Prime Minister Narendra Modi payed tribute to former Tamil Nadu chief Minister Karunanidhi on his 100th birth anniversary being celebrated, on Monday, June 3, 2024. In a tribute message on X post, Pm Modi said Karunanidhi in his long years in public life, worked towards the development of Tamil Nadu and the Tamil people.
“He is widely respected for his scholarly nature. I fondly recall my several interactions with him, including when we both were Chief Ministers of our respective states, PM Modi said.
