New Delhi: All-rounder Ravindra Jadeja is the only player from the Indian team who has performed exceptionally well in Ranji Trophy Round 6 matches. He picked up 12 wickets against Delhi at the Niranjan Shah Stadium in Rajkot on Friday, January 24.
Jadeja took five wickets in 17.4 overs and helped Saurashtra bowl Delhi out for 188 runs in the first innings. In reply, the hosts scored 271 runs in the first innings. Hardik Desai amassed 93 runs off 120 balls and Arpit Vasavada also scored 62 runs while Jadeja also contributed with 38 runs.
Saurashtra managed to take 83-run lead in the first innings. Delhi bundled out for 94 runs in the second innings as their batters struggled to score runs against Jadeja who finished with sensational bowling figures of 7/38. Saurashtra won the match by 10 wickets.
