New Delhi: The shares of Zuari Industries and Triveni Engineering & Industries Ltd are expected to be in focus on May 29, 2025, Thursday. Both the companies declared their Q4 2024-25 Results on 28th May.
In January-March quarter results, Triveni Engineering & Industries recorded profit going up 16 percent to Rs 187 crore. Zuari Industries posted Rs 20.75 crore net loss in the last quarter of FY25,w while company’s net loss stood at 94.37 crore in 2024-25 fiscal.

Zuari Industries shares will be in focus today after the company announced its Q4 2024-25 Results. The company posted a consolidated net loss of Rs 20.75 crore in the last quarter of FY25 as compared to a net profit of Rs 63.37 crore in the year-ago period. Zuari Industries stock closed over 5 percent down at Rs 283.55.
Zuari Industries’ total income increased marginally to Rs 289.20 crore January-March quarter of Fy25, while it stood at Rs 283.85 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding year.
The company which is in the business of agrochemicals, engineering & infrastructure, real estate & lifestyle, biofuels & services, recorded a net loss of Rs 94.37 crore during the entire 2024-25 fiscal, while it had posted a net profit of Rs 712.75 crore in the preceding year. Total income appreciated to Rs 1,082.47 crore in Fy25 as compared to Rs 1,067.18 crore in 2023-24.
Triveni Engineering & Industries
Triveni Engineering & Industries Ltd shares are likely to be in focus today a day after the company reported a 16 per cent increase in its consolidated net profit to Rs 187.12 crore in Q4 of 2024-25. The company had recorded a net profit of Rs 161.04 crore in the year-ago period, according to a regulatory filing. Triveni Engineering stock ended with over 7 percent gains at Rs 451.50 apiece.
The firm’s total income surged to Rs 1,934.53 crore in the January-March quarter of FY25, as against Rs 1,563.67 crore in the last quarter of the preceding year.
During the entire 2024-25 fiscal, Triveni Engineering’s net profit declined to Rs 238.26 crore against Rs 395.16 crore in the preceding year.
