Adani Enterprises: The Adani Group flagship company gave its nod for a Rs 16,600 crore share sale to investors through qualified institutional placement (QIP) at a floor price of Rs 3,117.4750 apiece starting Wednesday. The company has the right to offer a discount of up to 5 per cent on the floor price based on its discretion.
Fortis Healthcare: The hospital chain operator received its board approval for a Rs 1,500 crore fundraising via issuance of non-convertible debentures (NCDs) through a private placement.
Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers: The state-owned company’s board of governors cleared the order for the purchase of a 1,200 MTPD fertiliser factory in L&T’s Thal facility, according to an exchange filing.
Suzlon: The renewables major’s shares rose 9 per cent on Wednesday to Rs 80.47 apiece as it reported that it was in the reckoning for the supply of wind turbines to Tata Power which is seeking bids for 3 GW energy projects.
TCS: The IT giant will report its Q2FY25 earnings on Thursday. TCS is expected to report a 2.5 per cent rise in revenues to Rs 64,610 crore year-on-year.
Vedanta: The mining giant received a notice from the customs department regarding a penalty of Rs 92.04 crore apart from a Rs 10 crore fine.
