New Delhi:  The 30-share BSE Sensex gained 1,359.51 points to 84,544.31 on Friday while the Nifty jumped 375.15 points to 25,790.95 level. Indian indices outperformed owing to a 50 bps rate cut by the US Federal Reserve last week. Here are stocks that are likely to remain in focus on Monday, September 23, 2024:

Adani Enterprises: Company unit Adani Airport Holdings said airport lounge services had been affected by the suspension of services by Dreamfolks.

Adani Energy Services: The Adani Group utility company was valued at $18.5 billion at the enterprise level with strong business growth prospects in the form of 29 per cent CAGR in pre-tax profits over the coming 3 years, according to a report.

Adani Total: The company raised $375 million via global lending facility to expand its city gas distribution business.

Aditya Birla Capital: The company invested Rs 60 crore in its unit Aditya Birla Capital Digital via rights issue.

Aarti Drugs: The company received form 483 with 7 observations from the USFDA for its manufacturing facility in Taparur, Maharashtra.

Aster D M Healthcare: The company’s unit Sri Sainatha Multispecialty Hospitals inked a lease agreement to set up an Aster Woman and Children Hospital in Hyderabad. The agreement was signed with Aparna Constructions and Estates.

Banking stocks: The finance ministry directed banks to set up monitoring and oversight mechanisms to ensure effective redress of cases pending before the debt recovery tribunal.

BHEL: The heavy electricals company received orders worth Rs 6,100 crore from NTPC for an 800 MW Siptal Supercritical Thermal Power Project.

Glenmark Pharma: The company reported receiving no observations from the US drug regulator FDA for its manufacturing facility in Aurangabad.

Godfrey Phillips: The tobacco company said its board will meet to discuss bonus share issuance pending RBI’s approval.

HFCL: The company inked a strategic agreement with General Atomics Aeronautical Systems for the development and supply of critical sub-systems for drones.

Mankind Pharma: The pharma company plans to raise Rs 10,000 crore via NCDs.

ONGC: The navratna PSU inked a production-sharing agreement with the state oil company of Azerbaijan and other companies. The deal pertains to the ACG filed in the Caspian Sea’s Azerbaijan sector.

Reliance Industries: The company extended the last date for payment of call money on partly paid up shares to October 7, 2024.

Renewables stocks: India agreed to invest $2 million in new solar projects under the Quad framework. Beneficiary countries will include Fiji, COoros, Madagascar and Seychelles.

Signature Global: The realty company awarded a Rs 320 crore contract to ACC India for the construction of a luxury housing project in Gurugram.

SpiceJet: The airline raised Rs 3,000 crore via share saled to qualified insitutional buyers including Societe General ODI and Goldman Sachs Singapore, among others.

Vodafone Idea: The company awarded contracts for 4G and 5G gear worth Rs 30,000 crore to a clutch of tech companies such as Nokia, Ericsson and Samsung, according to a regulatory filing.

ZEEL: NCLAT petitions against the merger of ZEE limited and Sony Pictures were withdrawn by Axis Capital, IDBI Bank and IDBI Trusteeship.
