UFC Saudi Arabia: MVP stuns Shara Magomedov and breaks his unbeaten streak

New Delhi: In the co-main event of the night, Michael Venom Page (MVP) beat Shara Magomedov via unanimous decision at the ANB arena in Riyadh on February 2, Sunday. MVP started the fight on a karate stance and threw some high kicks to Shara early in the round.

Shara was getting a huge cheer from the crowd, and both fighters were staying patient. MVP charged down on Shara and attacked him with his jabs. Both men were exchanging some low kicks, and MVP was casually standing with both hands down in the fight.

Shara tried to hit a spinning elbow to MVP but Page landed a clean shot on the Russian at the end of the round and won the first round.

In the second round, MVP was looking confident and hit a quick left hand early in the round. The British fighter was using his reach advantage and regularly closing the distance between him and Shara.
