New Delhi: It seems like all is not well between Indian cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal and his wife choreographer Dhanashree Verma, as rumours about the couple’s separation are rife. Is the couple set for a divorce or these are just usual rumours doing the rounds?
All the fans could sniff it recently that something is wrong between the couple as they started disconnecting on the social media sites, not posting any photo together or liking each other’s post. It’s worth noticing that even the Christmas and New Year went like a ‘plain vanilla’ for the couple as there were no photos or posts shared on social media where they could be seen celebrating as it used to be earlier.
While speculations were doing the rounds till it became further more clear that things aren’t working for the couple in the right direction after they unfollowed each other on Instagram. Fans who were glued to their accounts noticed that they have not only unfollowed each other on the social media site but also deleted their marriage and relationship photos from their respective accounts.
Rumours of their separation true
According to a report in Times of India, rumours about their separation are indeed true and it is just a matter of time now before the divorce is formally finalised. As source close to the couple has confirmed that the divorce between the couple is due and in the next few days or weeks probably, it will be official. However, the exact reason for their separation is not known as to why did the couple decide to end their 4-year marriage and live separately.
Their separation rumours started back in 2023 when the Yuzvendra’s wife dropped ‘Chahal’ from her surname on social media site Instagram and started using her maiden name. The news spread like fire and rumours regarding issues in their married life started doing the rounds. However, the cricketer soon posted a note and clarified that all was well between the couple.
