What is your ideal morning fitness routine?

My ideal morning starts with a good stretch and some light exercises to get my body moving. Whether it’s yoga or a quick walk, paired with a nourishing breakfast, it’s the perfect way to fuel my body and set a positive tone for the day.

What is your secret to staying fit despite having such hectic shooting schedules?

My one rule is to stay consistent and kind to myself. For me, fitness is about feeling good, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too. I focus on balanced eating habits, choosing nourishing foods that fuel me, and staying active in ways that fit into my lifestyle. It’s not about perfection but about steady progress and finding what keeps me happy and energised.

What’s your go-to comfort food after a long, exhausting day on set?

For me, comfort food is about nostalgia. A warm bowl of soup, homemade khichdi, or even a quick sweet treat made with Oats feels like the perfect way to unwind and reconnect with myself.
