New Delhi: Wealth consultancy Hurun India shared its under 35s India entrepreneurs list on Thursday comprising over 150 entrepreneurs under the eg of 35 who have established or are overseeing their own businesses. Ambani siblings Isha and Akash were also featured in the list.
The list features first and second-generation business entrepreneurs operating a business worth $50 million and $100 million, respectively. This is the first such list shared by Hurun with an eye on 65 oer cent of India’s populace which is aged below 35 years, said Hurun India in a social media post on X.
With over 65% of its population under the age of 35, India has one of the youngest populations in the world. At Hurun, we see that many of today’s successful entrepreneurs began their journeys at this key stage in life.

Who is the youngest entrepreneur on the list?
Sharechat founder Ankush Sachdeva, aged 31 years, topped the list, followed by Smartworks’ Neetish Sarda. GoldMedal Electricals’ Akshit Jain, aged 31, is ranked 3rd, followed by Bijnis’ Chaitanya Rathi, also aged 31 years old. Others on the list include B G Shirke Constructions’ Jay Vijay Shirke, Flobiz’s Rahul Raj and Rajan Bajaj, Jakson Infra’s Raghav Gupta, as well as Arzooo’s Rishi Raj Rathore and Unacademy’s Hemesh Singh. The top 10 individuals are aged 31 years old.
The Ambani siblings, Isha (32) and Aakash (32) were ranked 31 and 32, respectively. While Isha Ambani heads Reliance Retail, Akash Ambani is the head of Reliance Jio Infocomm.

Hurun India shared that 123 out of the 150 individuals on the list were first-time entrepreneurs. There are seven women entrepreneurs on the list, namely:

Which cities had highest representation?
While Bengaluru topped the list with 29 entrepreneurs, Mumbai came a close second with 26 entrepreneurs on the Hurun India Under 35s entrepreneurs list. In terms of industry domain, 21 financial services entrepreneurs were featured don the list, followed by 14 from the software and services industry. Services was the pick of the lost with 59 per cent of the entrepreneurs hailing from this domain, according to Hurun India.
