Bellingham continued his magic after action resumed with a fantastic assist to Arda Gueller, who scored his first goal of the season at the 55th minute. Right after the 60th minute, the former Borussia Dortmund player had to be replaced by Dani Ceballos after taking a knock.

Within minutes, Kylian Mbappe drilled his ninth goal in La Liga from a Luka Modric pass. The goal gave the French international his 200th league goal after scoring 175 times for Paris St-Germain and 16 for Monaco. With Barcelona drawing 2-2 with Real Betis, Real Madrid are just two points behind the points table leaders.

With a star-studded lineup, Mbappe found it difficult to fit in and was inconsistent for a long while until regaining his keep in recent performances. The star-studded lineup seems to finally have started working well together and are in contention for retaining the title.
