Known for songs such as ‘Bole To Mitho Lage’, ‘Amrano’, ‘Ranaji’ and ‘Pir Jalani’ with fellow band members Sawai Khan and Magada Khan, Khan had performed in different parts of the country and in several countries like Denmark, United Kingdom, Germany, Switzerland and Italy.

Raking to his Instagram handle, he shared a series of pictures with text mentioning the struggle during such difficult times. ”Here’s something I have never spoken about before… felt like sharing it today. I lost my voice two years ago,” he wrote in his post. He shared about his illness, saying, ‘Left Vocal Chord Paresis’- This was Dr Nupur Nerurkar’s expert diagnosis. I was destroyed. Honestly, I was pessimistic… I thought I would never be able to sing again.”
