New Delhi: John Cena arrived in the arena as the special guest as he made his first appearance in the WWE since WrestleMania weekend in April. Cena entered the arena with his signature towel saying “The Last Time is Now” and a special jersey “John Cena Farewell Tour 2025”.
Then Cena went on to officially announce his retirement in the ring and discussing his future plans. Cena will likely be a part of WWE RAW when it gets telecast on Netflix in 2025. He also revealed he wanted to take part in Royal Rumble in 2025 and as well as Elimination Chamber. Cena will finish his career at the biggest WWE pay-per-view WrestleMania 41 in Las Vegas.
The fans’ favourite thanked the crowd for supporting him throughout his WWE career and praised the Canadian crowd as well which holds fond memories for him in his career. He also revealed that he will be returning to Toronto during his Farewell Tour 2025.
Cena made his debut in WWE in June 2002 and is a 16-time World Champion equalling the most no. of titles won by an athlete in WWE. Since 2018 he has been doing a part-time job in WWE and doing movies full time but the 41-year-old athlete finally said goodbye to the WWE fraternity.

Money in the Bank 2024 winners
Drew McIntyre won the Money in the Bank contract by defeating five superstars in the men’s roaster and won a guaranteed championship match. Drew cashed his Money in the Bank briefcase later the night in the main event of the show but failed to cash in successfully and lost his golden opportunity. Damian Priest defeated Seth Rollins and McIntyre in a triple-threat match to retain his title. Meanwhile, Tiffany Stratton won the Money in the Bank contract in the women’s division defeating five other female athletes.
