The fund was launched in January 2000.
HDFC Technology Fund
The return of this fund in the past three months has been recorded at 20.32%.
It means that if an investor put in Rs 10,000 in it 3 months ago, it would have generated a value of Rs 12,031.60.
This return was based on the NAV of Rs 13.70 dated July 26, 2024.
ICICI Prudential Technology Fund
Launched in March 2000, this is one of the oldest tech funds in the Indian market. The returns generated in the past 3 months were recorded at 17.38%. Anyone who had entrusted Rs 10,000 with this fund 3 months ago would have got Rs 11,737.80.
By the way, the absolute returns it generated from inception stand at 1,892.50%, which means Rs 10,000 invested then would have turned into Rs 199,250 now.
These returns are based on the NAV of Rs 199.25 on July 25.
Tata Digital India Fund
Over a three-month period, the Tata Digital India Fund has generated returns of 19.57%. A person investing Rs 10,000 in this fund 3 months ago would have got Rs 11,957.00.

Franklin India Technology Fund
In the past 3 months it has fetched returns of 13.54%, which is lower than its peers. The returns have been calculated on a NAV of Rs 522.48 as on July 25, 2024.
But it is remarkable from another aspect. This fund dates back to August 1998 and has generated a return of 10,349% since inception. Therefore, Rs 10,000 invested on August 22, 1998 would have generated Rs 104,49,70 (Rs 10.44 lakh).
