New Delhi: Dabang Delhi finished the PKL 11 in second position and sealed the semi-final spot in season 11. Delhi also scripted history by extending their unbeaten run to 15 matches and broke the previous best record of Puneri Paltan’s 14 matches in the previous season. Ashu Malik was the hero of the match scoring 14 points against the Giants.
The giants finished their season with a devastating loss. They finished the PKL 11 in second last position in the points table with just 38 points in 22 matches. The giants’ journey in PKL 11 wasn’t impressive and let down their fans.

In the second match of the night, Defending champion Puneri Paltan defeated Tamil Thalaivas. Both teams were eliminated from the playoff race. Aryavardhan Navale made a Super 10 in the match and Gaurav Khatri scored a High 5 against Thalaivas.
Paltan finished their PKL 11 with 60 points in 22 matches and finished the season in eighth position in the points table. Whereas, Thalaivas also let down their fans as they finished the season in ninth position with 50 points in 22 matches.
Paltan beat Thalaivas with a score line of 42-32 in a high pace match and Paltan won both head-to-head match against Thalaivas. Paltan had a roller coaster ride this season as they were without their skipper from the initial matches and couldn’t perform like a team in PKL 11.
