Stock Market Top Losers today- PSU, Adani Group, Railway stocks plunge | Full list

Mumbai: With Sensex crashing over 6,000 points and Nifty plunging nearly 2,000 points, several shares, including PSU stocks, Adani Group stocks, Railway stocks tumbled as trends on TV9 indicated BJP-led NDA leading in around 300 seats, while INDIA alliance ahead in 225. The counting of votes is going on for Lok Sabha Election 2024. The rout in the Stock Market is being attributed to the heavy-profit booking and after trends showing the BJP winning a lesser number of seats than predicted in exit polls.

PSU Stocks bleed as Sensex, Nifty plunge

Shares of public sector enterprises and state-owned banks tumbled up to 15 per cent today.

Punjab & Sindh Bank plummeted 14.75 per cent to Rs 55.50.

Indian Bank declined to Rs 528.75

Union Bank was down to Rs 148.90 on the NSE

State Bank of India (SBI) plunged 16 per cent

Power Grid and NTPC plunged nearly 15 per cent

Punjab National Bank and Bank of Baroda fell 10 per cent each to Rs 123.30 and Rs 267.25 apiece, respectively.

Bharat Electronics Ltd (BEL), PFC, RECL, and Bharat Heavy Electricals went down by 15 per cent.

ONGC, Coal India, Hindustan Aeronautics, Container Corp of India, Gas Authority of India, SAIL and Power Grid also fell 10 per cent each on the NSE.

Adani Group stocks tumble

Adani Ports plummeted 20 per cent

Adani Energy Solutions declined 19.80 per cent.

Adani Power slumped 19.76 per cent.

Ambuja Cements tumbled 19.20 per cent.

Adani Enterprises was down 19.13 per cent on the BSE.

Adani Total Gas declined 18.55 per cent

Adani Green Energy fell 18.31 per cent

NDTV went lower by 15.65 per cent

ACC plunged 14.49 per cent

Adani Wilmar dropped 9.81 per cent

Railway Stocks plummet

IRCON share price down over 12 per cent

RITES stock plunged 11 per cent

IRCTC share price down over 11 per cent

IRFC down over 8 per cent

RVNL decline dover 9 per cent

Larsen & Toubro, Axis Bank, Tata Steel, Bharti Airtel, JSW Steel, and Reliance Industries were the other laggards.
