Chennai: In a viral video, DMK supporters were seen beheading a goat with a photo of Tamil Nadu BJP chief Annamalai and celebrating his defeat in Coimbatore in the 2024 Lok Sabha polls. In the video, it can be seen that, a group of people in the middle of the Road slaughtered a goat with Annamalai’s picture in order to mock him. It can be heard on the video that small children were made to shout slogans against Annamalai afte the goat was slaughtered to symbolically show his defeat in Coimbatore Lok Sabha seat.
On the counting day, it can be seen that the DMK minister TRB Rajaa was posing for a photograph with a goat symbolically expressing to serve mutton biriyani.
Similarly, Celebrating the defeat of TN BJP Chief K Annamalai in Coimbatore,DMK cadres paraded a live goat (hinting at Annamalai ) at their party HQs, Arivlayam in Chennai. DMK leaders had earlier said it would be “Goat Biriyani” in Coimbatore.

Meanwhile, Tamil Nadu BJP demand strict againts the people whi involved in the act.
