New Delhi: The next Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) fight night is here. The UFC Vegas 102 is all set to take place at the Apex in Vegas on Sunday, February 16 (as per IST). There are some exciting match-ups in the UFC Vegas 102 where Jared Cannonier will be up against crowd favourite Gregory Rodrigues in the main event.
No.7 ranked ‘Killa Gorilla’ Cannonier will be looking to snap his two-match losing streak against Brazilian Rodrigues, who is currently unranked in the UFC. The middleweight clash will be the highlight of the fight night in Vegas. Meanwhile, 10th-ranked Calvin Kattar will be up against Youssef Zalal in the co-main event at UFC 102 Vegas.
Cannonier has enjoyed a mixed campaign ever since shifting from light heavyweight to middleweight at 185lbs in UFC. While he recorded victories in four of his first five fights, he has suffered defeats against Nassourdine Imavov and Caio Borralho in his last two fights. The American will be looking to end his losing streak at UFC 102 Vegas.

Rodrigues might be unranked but will be heading into the clash against Cannonier on the back of three wins in his last three fights. Earlier, Cannonier made a big claim regarding his fight with Rodrigues, stating that he could beat the Brazilian via a knockout. The American said he is aware of the weaknesses of his opponent and will look to capitalise on those during their bout.
Edmen Shahbazyan will take on Dylan Budka in the main card in the middleweight category while Ismael Bonfim will be up against Nazim Sadykhov in an exciting lightweight fight at the UFC 102 Vegas on Saturday. Connor Matthews will be up against Jose Delgado in a featherweight bout in the opening match of the main card in Vegas.
