New Delhi: The WWE RAW latest episode kicked off with New Day as Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods made entrance to the arena and received a massive boo from the crowd. After continuous booing from the crowd, Jey Uso made his way to the arena. Woods asked the crowd whether they liked Uso and the crowd gave a massive cheer.
In between their segment, Drew McIntyre came and attacked Jey from behind. Jey tried to fight back but McIntyre took him down with a Glasgow kick. Referees went into the arena to stop McIntyre.
The stage was set for Seth Rollins and CM Punk to face off in the main event of the night. Rollins and Punk were scheduled to fight in the first-ever WWE show on Netflix on January 7, Tuesday.
Rollins made his entry into the ring and discussed his visionary plans after defeating Punk in the next RAW episode. He claimed Punk as self-proclaimed Best in the world and after defeating him, Punk wouldn’t appear in any WWE show and would take ten years off and go home.
Punk’s music hits and he received a great cheer from the crowd. Punk grabbed the microphone and said he had no regrets about talking about the last 10 years of him, but let’s talk about the last 10 months of him in WWE.
Punk teased Rollins by stating ‘Did he take revenge from Bronson Reed?’ Punk broke the Reed’s ankle at the WarGames. Rollins defined Punk as a cancer to the locker room and will cut him down in the next RAW episode on Netflix.
