New Delhi: The Paris Olympics 2024 managed to pull off a spectacle event from July 26 to August 11 despite all the controversies which somewhat attempted to mar the prestigious tournament. The Summer Games in the French capital witnessed a few records being shattered, some upsets on the centerstage, record of most marriage proposals, the first time an opening ceremony was not held inside a stadium but on a river.
